What is an AI credit?
Each AI action uses 5 credits. An action is either a set of routing rules written from a plain sentence (for example: iPhones to the App Store, Android to Google Play, weekends to the brunch menu) or an analysis of a link's traffic in plain words.
Credits never expire. If an AI action fails, its credits come back automatically.
Why is it free?
Redirecting a link costs almost nothing, so charging a monthly fee to keep a printed QR alive makes no sense to us. AI is the only feature that costs us money every time it runs, so it's the only thing we charge for.
Questions
Will my QR code stop working if I don't pay?
No. Links are never switched off for not paying, and there is no trial that ends.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pro and refills are one-time payments processed by Polar. Nothing renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you haven't used the credits from a purchase, write to [email protected] within 14 days.
